Gary Allen is responsible for product development, innovation and sustainability initiatives across the Americas region for Exel. Previously, he was Vice President, solutions, for the company's Automotive, Chemical and Industrial business units, where he oversaw product development, solution design, operations support and process improvement. Gary offers more than 20 years experience in supply chain management, logistics outsourcing and consulting services. Prior to Exel, he spent six years at Capgemini in several leadership roles within the automotive supply chain, logistics outsourcing, telecommunications supply chain and Midwest supply chain sectors. He also spent 10 years with FedEx Supply Chain Services.

Matthias Berlit joined INFORM in 2001 after graduating in physics from the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH). He has project managed various SCM projects in different sectors and industries, thereby gaining extensive experience in applying IT systems for inbound, in-house and finished vehicle logistics in the automotive industry.In July 2010 Matthias was appointed to the position of Vice President for Manufacturing Logistics. In this role he is responsible for Supply Chain Planning and Execution Solutions for manufacturing customers.

Leland Chang joined Ford Motor Company in 2000. He has held numerous key positions in Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) and from 2003-2007 he was on global assignment to the MP&L Ford Asia Pacific & Africa Group (FAP&A). Leland designed and launched the first regional Inbound Network for FAP&A's C1 program and he is currently the manager of Quality Vehicle Handling and Claims for Ford North America. Prior to joining Ford, Mr. Chang spent 10 years with General Motors in a variety of managerial assignments. During 1996-1998 he was involved with launching the synchronous material flow for GM Powertrain's first plant in China. Mr. Chang also holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Camille Chism, CPP has over 20 years of engineering, design, logistics and sales experience in automotive, distribution, food, and technology. A lifetime CPP with an MS in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University, her accomplishments include a patent for the design of an injection molded dispenser. Camille volunteers on the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) Pallet and Lid Control Initiative and is currently Secretary of the Michigan Chapter of the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP). She has spoken at various events, including the Automotive Logistics Global 2009, Automotive Industry Action Group (Returnable Containers Call to Action), Simposio Internacional Industria Automotriz, IoPP Packaging Summit 2010 and served as a guest lecturer in the Industrial Engineering Department at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.

Stephen Harley is the Executive Director, Global Material Planning and Logistics, and NA Parts Supply & Logistics, he is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of MP&L globally and PS&L in North America. He has extensive first hand knowledge and experience of Ford's South American and Asia Pacific operations.Stephen joined Ford Motor Company in 1972 and, following several different roles in Transportation Operations and Purchasing, an appointment in global logistics brought him his first assignment in North America in 1997. On returning to Ford Europe in 2002, Stephen rejoined the Ford of Europe Logistics team and was most recently the Director of MP&L Europe.

Greg May is President of Jack Cooper Transport Co., Inc., a position he has held since 2005. Prior to becoming chief executive officer, he served as CFO of the Company for eight years. Greg joined the Company in 1994. Previously, he worked as an auditor with the international accounting firm KPMG for ten years and as CFO of ABC Laboratories, an environmental services company, from 1990 to 1994. Greg is a past Chairman of the Automobile Carriers Conference of the American Trucking Association. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the National Auto Transporters Labor Association. Michael Nelson has spent more than 35 years in US automotive logistics. He started his career working with automotive carriers and is now in his 15th year with Toyota. In his current role at Toyota Logistics Services, Inc., he is responsible for all aspects of contracts and operations for Toyota's US highway carriers. Mike is also very involved with vehicle logistics at the U.S. Industry level by chairing the Highway Transportation Task Force for the Automotive Industry Logistics Steering Committee (AILSC) and working with other OEMs on important AIAG initiatives. Mike completed a BA in Business Administration and Management at National University.

During her career at Ford, Pam has served in leadership roles in Manufacturing, Purchasing and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. Gene was formerly President of the Ryder Global Logistics Division, a $1.8Billion Business Unit providing supply chain/logistics services for client companies around the world, including many Automotive OEMs and Suppliers. Gene was awarded the "Global Logistics Person of 2007" by the Global Institute of Logistics.
